As Marketing Intern for Stryker’s Trauma & Extremities business, you will be part of our European Marketing team. In this role, you will have an exciting learning opportunity to work on product innovation and market leadership. We offer hands-on experience in an international environment while expanding knowledge of marketing. You will work on projects that support the execution of the communications strategy in alignment with the European Annual Marketing Plan.

Location of the internship: Stryker Amsterdam office – we offer the flexibility of a hybrid model!

What you will do:

• Support the marketing team in the ongoing management and promotion of T&E products across the EMEA region.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of compelling value propositions and marketing strategies.
• Assist in the design and development of marketing materials, as well as conducting market research and analysis.
• Organize and coordinate customer events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
• Gather and analyze competitive data to provide actionable market intelligence.
• Engage in training sessions and work closely with internal teams to enhance communication and training resources.

What you need:

Required:

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Digital or in any related field. It is required to be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship (min. 6 months).
• You are eligible to pursue an internship in The Netherlands.
• You are eager to learn, be creative, enjoy building relationships and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English. Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Preferred:

• Exposure to Adobe Creative suite or any content management systems (through prior internships, university projects, assignments etc.) is not mandatory, but it would be preferred.
