Who are we looking for?

Join SentinelOne’s Learning and Development team this October and gain hands-on experience in shaping the future of employee development at a leading cybersecurity company. As an intern, you’ll contribute to projects that directly impact how employees grow and succeed. This internship will provide valuable exposure to instructional design, content creation, and program development. Over 16 weeks, you’ll take ownership of a key project—”A Day in the Life”—to develop a job shadowing rotation program, you’ll enhance program materials, support self-paced learning development, and collaborate with the L&D team to improve resources. If you’re passionate about learning, innovation, and making a difference, we’d love to have you join!

Internship will be from October 2025 through January 2026, 20 hours/week.

What will you do?

• Enhance learning program materials—Refine and format guides, including early stage leadership program, adding structured content and interactive activities.
• Develop a self-paced learning course—Design a short, engaging learning module to support employee development.
• Format and optimize learning resources—Improve the structure and usability of guides and toolkits to enhance accessibility for employees.
• Own a key project—”A Day in the Life” for job shadowing / swapping rotation.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design and Technology, Learning Experience Design, or a related field.
• Experience with content creation, instructional design principles, or digital design tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Slack and online communities is preferred.
