Steelcase Monterrey is offering an Internship opportunity with the Human Resources team as a Human Resources Intern, this person will provide services and support to the Center of Excellence and Shared Services teams; Responsible for executing tasks based on established processes and procedures relating to the following:

  • Data management tasks: Data entry of new hires, terminations and employee changes on HR systems
  • Support employee’s inquiries from the US and Mexico through email, chat, and phone
  • Participate in continuous process improvement and development to improve current processes and implement new processes.
  • You will be actively learning of the different Centers of Excellence (Payroll, Benefits, TA, etc)

Who you are

Required Skills or Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources, or any Business degree.
  • Basic - intermediate Excel is required.
  • To graduate at least on July 2026 or later
  • Fluent in English is a must for this role.
  • Availability to work from 7am- 4pm. (flexibility)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
