Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
Circuit Design and PCB Development: Design analog and digital circuits of moderate complexity under senior guidance. Select suitable components and create production-ready schematics and layouts using Altium Designer
Prototyping and Hardware Integration: Build and bring up hardware prototypes. Assist in integrating hardware with embedded systems and support iterative development cycles
Testing, Debugging, and Validation: Use lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers) for diagnostics. Conduct functional and reliability tests, resolve hardware issues systematically, and document results
Documentation and Process Compliance: Maintain accurate technical documentation (schematics, layouts, BOMs). Adhere to established workflows and contribute to process improvements
Teamwork, Responsibility, and Commitment: Collaborate with firmware/software teams, engage in meetings and reviews, and show strong ownership, reliability, and initiative in supporting shared project goals
Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Hands-on experience in embedded hardware design (via internships, academic work, or entry-level roles).
Solid knowledge of analog and digital circuit design fundamentals.
Proficient in Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout (no other tools used).
Comfortable using lab and measurement tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer).
Responsible, self-motivated, and committed to delivering quality work on time.
Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work constructively in cross-functional teams.
