WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• a student of 3rd, 4th or 5th year of studies or University graduates with Bachelor's or Master's degree up to 6 months after graduation, available for at least 30-40 hours per week
• English speaker with good level of written and oral Italian (C1 level)
• well-organized teammate who is comfortable with multi-tasking and setting own priorities
• communicative problem-solver who likes everyday challenges
• a person who is interested in a career in Human Resources
• learner on the fly (you will enjoy our on-boarding program and further on-the job trainings); knowledge of Excel would be an asset

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• support Philip Morris International employees with HR-related queries
• actively follow-up on end-to-end resolution of employee cases
• maintain requests and employees’ personal data in the SAP database
• prepare HR-related documentation
• generate standard SAP reports
