About our group:

HGA Test Engineering is responsible for electrical and mechanical performance of slider and TGA (write/read functional) to ensure that customer get high-quality and functional product. We also determining the exact procedure to troubleshooting errors and communicating recommendations for improvement to the rest of the product development team. We are working together with software, electrical and mechanical engineering.

About the role - you will:

  • Process of acquiring spare part with procurement documentation (Request of Quotation and Purchase requisition). Ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery without short supply to production.
  • Track inventory level and submit purchase orders as needed and ensure does not create excess inventory.
  • Collect data and monitoring usage and provide the opportunity to user on profit and loss.
  • Follow up the vendors and cross functional team on the new part for tester development and complex items.
  • Submit documentation under BOI requirement. Manage and control import transactions to meet BOI regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Product Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineer to follow up schedule build and forecast spare part usage planning.
  • Perform other duties as properly assigned (RTV, Material shipment, Invoice, Report and Development project)

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. New grads are welcome.
  • Able to use statistical control software i.e. JMP, Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and CAD.
  • Experience with ERP system is preferred. (SAP)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills and analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with multiple priorities, high pressure.
  • Strong team player, collaborative approach and resourceful
  • Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written.

Your experience includes:

  • Experience or understanding of 3D CAD software as a mechanical design tool.
  • Experience or understanding of element analysis.
