- Location: 933 Waube Ln, Green Bay, WI 54304
- FTE Status: Full-Time 0.80 FTE (32 hours/week)
- Work Schedule: Day shifts, Monday-Friday; No weekends or holidays; PRN coverage for outreach locations in Marinette, Sturgeon Bay, and Oconto

Job Description:
Responsible for medical care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse. Records medical care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient’s condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about care or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required OR graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program but has not been successful in passing boards (must obtain LPN license within three months).
- Practical Nurse license must be obtained in Wisconsin within 6 months of hire.
- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) certification required within three months of hire. If not successful in passing AAMA exam first attempt, will allow additional testing period(s) to obtain (not to exceed an additional three months).
- Previous clinic experience preferred.
