Position Title and Overview:

Human Resource Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain HR systems, spreadsheets, and employee records.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, scheduling, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with employment verifications, reference checks, and background screening processes.
  • Help track and process clearances, licenses, and other required documentation.
  • Assist with benefits administration tasks, including data entry, audits, and communications.
  • Support compliance tracking, such as annual driving record reviews and benefit reporting.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of HR operations by supporting various administrative projects and tasks.

Location and Travel Requirements:

This position is located in McKeesport.

The travel required for this position is minimal.

Position Requirements:

  • Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
