Job Summary:

The Senior Inventory Analyst is responsible for the cycle count, auditing and reconciliation of Spares inventory located in Little Ferry and outside locations. Additionally, responsible for the auditing of various documents and transactions as they relate to inventory control

Principal Duties:

  • Coordinate cycle count program in a perpetual inventory environment for main warehouse
  • Perform thorough research using all available resources to identify root causes, supply possible solutions
  • Prepare/distribute reports documenting all inventory discrepancies
  • Coordinate and perform necessary recounts, prepare final cycle count adjustments
  • Analyze cycle count adjustments
  • Count and reconcile pick denials
  • Work with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to operational procedures to proactively optimize overall location and item level accuracy
  • Assist in maximizing inventory integrity by ensuring parts are properly identified, labeled and have necessary documents when applicable
  • Responsible for auditing various documents and transactions pertaining to inventory control
  • Assist Accounting with year-end audits as it pertains to inventory counts/records
  • Coordinate and maintain storing of necessary inventory files in accordance with the record retention policy set by Accounting
  • Other duties as assigned by Inventory Control Supervisor to meet departmental objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school degree or GED
  • Minimum four (4) years of cycle counting and audit of inventory records
  • Thorough understanding of cycle count procedures and inventory control principles
  • Ability to reconcile cycle count differences using internal inventory computerized system
  • Detailed knowledge of in-house inventory system
  • Experience with a computerized on-line inventory system

Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with forklift or other warehouse equipment used to move inventory
  • Experience using RF Scanners
  • SAP experience

Working Conditions:

Light lifting is required

70% warehouse environment, 30% office environment

Some travel required

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position typically falls between $53,000 and $63,000 per year. This position is eligible for overtime.

Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
