Staff Engineer, QM [IDL] Supplier Quality Management

Your new responsibilities

1. Material/Supplier Qualification
2. Supplier PCN Mgmt.
3. Supplier deviation Mgmt.
4. Quality improvement project
5. Incoming Inspection
6. Audit at Supplier
7. P-SPEC Support

What we look for

1. Bachelor Degree or Master in Materials/Mechanical/Chemical/Electronic Engineering. Preferred semiconductor Related Field
2. > 10 years’ experience in supplier / subcon quality management area. Experience in semiconductor area and automotive industry is preferred.
3. Familiar with VDA6.3&IATF16949&ISO9001 knowledge, auditing skill, 8D methodology, master AIAG 5 core tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA) & QC 7 tools well. 6 Sigma for Green Belt is preferred, with Minitab / JMP skills.
4. Able to work with stress and adapt to fast changes. Ownership & Self-driving. Result-oriented. Team-player. Good execution.
5. Skilled spoken & written English for internal /external communication;
6. Fluently use different version of office software;
7. Strong communication and coordination skills.
