Job Description:
The Access Program Manager works alongside Access and Practice leadership cultivating and maintaining strong, cohesive and positive relationships between the Access initiative, the Access Center and Practice Operations. The Access Program Manager, through intense analysis, will proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to understand, share data and provide recommendations for improvement. This role plays a key part in setting, maintaining and monitoring standards set by the Access Steering Committee.
Responsible for gathering data from various existing sources, critically evaluating the gathered information to reconcile known conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, and abstracting from low-level information in order to understand, monitor, and provide recommendations on improving patient access. Partners with HHC Entities Business Operations Analytics team on access data reporting and dashboard enhancements to support evolving business use cases. Organizes and facilitates ongoing, regular meetings with Practice Operations focused on patient access goal development and implementation.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Liberal Arts) required.
Experience
1-3 years’ experience in a client/customer service relations role required.
Previous experience in a medical practice leadership role preferred.
Previous experience in a centralized access/operations center strongly preferred.
Hybrid role, potential travel within CT, experience in data analytics and client services with healthcare.
