The Manager of Executive Initiatives Integration will support the day-to-day operations of the President's office, ensuring seamless workflow, effective communication, and efficient execution of initiatives. The role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization to support the priorities of the President. Responsibilities include but, are not limited to:

• Assists with coordination and management of the operations of the president's office to maintain organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supports management of Office of the President initiatives as needed. This includes:

o Execution of major Hartford HealthCare events, including the planning and management of event responsibilities

o Monitoring, tracking, and evaluating the value of new, existing and proposed Hartford HealthCare events and sponsorships

o Creates and maintains event and project work plans to manage priorities and mitigate risks

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information, building trust and ensuring confidentiality.
• Collaborates with system leadership to ensure effective messaging and opportunities for audience/participant engagement are appropriate and maximized at major Hartford HealthCare events.
• Creates comprehensive meeting materials (including agendas, presentations, meeting minutes and other project-supporting materials) and tracks completion to ensure high quality and integrity of deliverables.
• Organizes and prioritizes a high volume of information and requests; recommending process improvements to enhance departmental workflows and triage requests.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Project Management or a related field.

Experience:

• 4+ years experience in executive-level administration or project coordination
• Experience in project management.
• Familiarity with hospital and health system operations or nonprofit operations
