The Patient Access & Navigation Program Coordinator is essential in supporting various cancer programs, handling tasks such as managing multi-disciplinary conferences, coordinating patient tracking, collecting and organizing data and program registries, engaging in quality improvement initiatives, and promoting community outreach and education.
