What you'll do

• Support in the professional leadership and project management of Customer Experience projects
  • Conducting data analyses in the field of Customer Experience MEE for Demand and Sales Managers
  • Developing analyses and statistical models to create KPIs and reports using Microsoft Power BI
  • Creating and managing data analyses in Excel using advanced macro applications
• Design and implementation of MEE Sales Planning using SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Defining the planning framework as well as coordinating and executing planning activities in the areas of forecasting and budgeting
  • Designing and implementing internal data analyses and forecasting in Sales Planning using Microsoft Power BI and Excel
  • Carrying out activities in cost accounting, identifying potential weaknesses, and recommending appropriate corrective measures
  • Developing and implementing Microsoft Power Automate flows for process automation in Sales Planning
• Supporting other SAP departments and functional areas within the scope of projects or daily business at the MEE level
• Design and develop a Microsoft Power App for Demand and Sales Managers

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Computer skills / Programming languages: Microsoft Power BI, ideally Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Apps | Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
• Language skills: Fluent in German, English, one of both as mother tongue; written and verbal
• Soft skills: Team player, Self-motivated, Expert in organizing, Analytical skills

Meet your team

The team consists of international focus teams, all of whom put our customers at the center of their work. We serve customers throughout Central and Eastern Europe (MEE) from initial touch points through purchase and aftercare.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
