Aufgaben

As part of MB.OS (Mercedes-Benz Operating System), the MB.OS PMT Solution Train is dedicated to the continuous improvement and standardization of the processes, methods, and tools (PMT) utilized by our software developers, architects, and engineers. The Solution Train Engineers take care of the internal mechanics and collaboration within the Solution Train, as well as overarching communications with stakeholders and customers. In this context, we are looking for strong support to further evolve our Solution Train and establish it more deeply within the MB.OS organization.

These challenges await you:

• Assist the Solution Train Engineers of the MB.OS PMT Solution Train
• Prepare and follow up on workshops and meetings
• Support communication tasks within the Solution Train and with our customers and stakeholders
• Create and maintain roadmaps for strategic activities within the Solution Train

The working student position can begin on September 2025.

Qualifikationen

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Information Management, Communication Sciences, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Proficiency in working with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with agile working methods such as Scrum or SAFe is a plus
• Fluent in both spoken and written German and English
• Strong communication skills, motivation, and a team-oriented mindset
• A structured and self-reliant working style
