Working Student Marketing & Capability Building (m/f/d)
Job Description
In this role you have the opportunity to
support our Marketing team in enhancing our online capability course materialization, while developing your own skills in project management, communication and documentation.
Your role:
In this position, you will be a vital part of the Training & Sales Excellence team, helping us deliver high-quality training experiences across various formats. Your role will combine communication ownership, operational event management, project support, and data analysis:

- Support the organization and smooth execution of both virtual and face-to-face training events for Hospital Patient Monitoring, including logistical coordination and on-site support
- Prepare training materials, manage communication with vendors and participants, and ensure everything runs seamlessly before, during, and after the events
- Maintain accurate training data in relevant tools and learning platforms (e.g., Philips Learning Platform), ensuring reliable learner management and documentation
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on training participation, learner feedback, and operational metrics to support data-driven decisions
- Work closely with several program and project managers on multiple initiatives—including new product introductions and other strategic training projects involving tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders across functions
You’re the right fit if:
- You are currently studying in the field of Business, Economics, Marketing, International Business, Logistics or a similar field of study
- You have first experience working with project deadlines and are comfortable handling various tasks at the same time
- You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and see challenges as opportunities to grow rather than obstacles
- You’re a true multitasker—able to keep several balls in the air while staying organized and focused
- You are proactive, hands-on, and highly service-oriented—you’re the type of person who sees what needs to be done and jumps in without needing to be asked
- You are resilient and adaptable, happy to take on a wide range of tasks—from managing training logistics at your desk to physically supporting on-site events (e.g., packing materials, setting up rooms, moving boxes)
- You take ownership of your work and always think one step ahead, anticipating what the team or participants might need next
- You have experience with MS Office, especially with Excel and MS Teams
- You are a team player with strong communication and organizational skills
- You have very good English language skills as well as good German language skills
