In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time, hybrid role in our Sao Paulo, Brazil office.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and reconcile tax amounts between the payroll registers and the payroll system (ADP Global View).
  • Research and complete employee tax adjustments including W2cs, review of tax exemption applications, and mobility and visa questions.
  • Work with federal, state and local tax authorities to resolve and respond to tax notices; register new territories for taxation.
  • Conduct tax related research and support projects that have payroll tax implications.
  • Assist in performing daily payroll department operations.
  • Support the preparation of payroll data, audits and reporting.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.
  • Work with multiple international stakeholders and database programs for tax questions and payroll-related integration needs.

Hybrid Work Model: We are back to the office in a hybrid work model, with employees working in the office three days per week for this team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required in a related field e.g. Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics etc.
  • Minimum 5 years of in-house corporate payroll experience.
  • Strong Excel skills, advanced functions.
  • Be able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong project management and vendor management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to system use and frequent review/handling of financial documents and collaboration with international stakeholders and markets in USA, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of payroll experience in a Big 4 company.
  • Strong ADP Global View skills, advanced functions or ADP payroll operations experience.
  • LATAM or Mexico payroll processing experience.
