The Accounts Receivable Clerk Intern provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart. Through a thorough understanding of Copart's practices, the Buyer AR Clerk offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience. The Buyer AR Clerk provides general administrative support while multi-tasking in hectic and stressful situations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Open incoming mail from sellers
• Sort checks by seller
• Input payments into excel
• Scan images of checks
• Filing

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma, Junior/Senior in working towards Bachelors in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency - MS Office Suite.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Abel to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
