A Day in the Life

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Manage internal and external documents and data.
• Support stocktakes for warehouse and marketing materials in the office.
• Assist with sales and marketing activities, such as exhibition preparations and poster printing.
• Support hospital clinic programming and surgery cases.
• Other ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Target Year 2 student. Majoring in science, engineering, or a related field, preferably with a focus in biotechnology or biomedical engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and especially in Excel.
• Interest in Medical Device industry, comfortable working in hospitals and under pressure.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English.
