We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern who wants to learn about hybrid Cloud solutions, to join our R&D org.

What you’ll do (Duties and Responsibilities):

• Contribute to all aspects of the Support engineering process,including: owning tickets, responding to customer queries, fixing customer issues and documentation.
• Participate in monitoring the support ticket queue.
• Create and improve support documentation
• Contribute to a friendly and helpful company culture
• Learn & work on upgrades, troubleshooting and fixing issues:
• Document the known issues and fixes
• Help deploy the software in different environments
• Flexible with support shifts
• Other comparable work from time to time as instructed

Requirements

What you’ll need (Basic Qualifications)

• Enrolled on a bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field
• Understanding of security, Systems and networking
• Must have knowledge in Python/Shell or any one of the scripting language
• Experience in software deployment tools such as Kubernetes or

Docker

• Strong debug skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, team oriented
• Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical people.
• Excellent communication skills and high English proficiency
• Knowledge in basic Cloud Architecture
• Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
