[Position Summary]

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our People Operations team as a Benefits Intern. This is a one-year fixed-term position, ideal for candidates who are quick learners, possess strong IT literacy, and can communicate effectively in English. The successful candidate will support various aspects of employee benefits administration and contribute to broader HR operations.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for employee benefits programs, including leave management, congratulatory/condolence approval, health checkups, group insurance and etc.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage related documentation (applications, consent forms, supporting evidence, etc.)
  • Liaise with external vendors and insurance providers in a professional manner
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance in both Korean and English
  • Assist with team operations, including the preparation of reports and data entry into HR systems

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled students on a leave of absence (major not specified)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment (fast learner)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI, with a strong aptitude for using IT systems
  • Business-level proficiency in English, including both verbal communication and professional email writing
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or work experience in HR, administration, or a related field
  • Experience working in a multinational or global corporate environment

Working Conditions

  • Employment Type: 1-year fixed-term internship
  • Location: Hapjeong-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
  • Compensation: Commensurate with company policy
