What you'll do

• Contribute to the design and discovery of AI and Agentic AI usecases in the domain of business process management and transformation.
• Hands on contribution to the development and integration of AI agents in our business process management practices.
• Assist in building and enhancing AI-driven solutions to optimize value delivery with SAP Signavio.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to identify and implement AI opportunities that enhance efficiency.
• Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement of AI technologies applied to business process management.

What you bring

• Enrolment in a Master’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Business Informatics, or similar.
• Hands-on experience in software or AI development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with frameworks for Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English Language.

SAP Signavio provides the leading process transformation suite that helps organizations understand, analyze and optimize their business processes. It plays a crucial role in the broader SAP portfolio by providing the tools needed for successful business transformation, helping customers identify inefficiencies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure their processes align with strategic goals.

In the SAP Signavio AI product management team, our purpose is to help our customers maximize their value and efficiency by leveraging AI solutions in business transformation and process improvement initiatives.

In our daily work, we drive discovery, strategy, priorities and roadmap of the AI in SAP Signavio . We also work on research and proof of concept and value prototypes for our early solutions.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
