Position Start Date: September 3, 2025

Required Degree: Bachelor’s or graduate degree in an employee experience-related field. Master’s or PhD preferred. The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Experience Design required.
  • Previous university-level teaching experience preferred.

Duties/Expectations: Teach a 1.5-credit-hour course: EXDM 431 Guest, Visitor, and Customer Experience, including the delivery and management of the course.

Focus on:

  • Intentional customer experience management, and how customer experience management can be a catalyst for organizations becoming more experience-centric.
  • Learning how to advocate for intentional customer experience management within organizations.
