Position Start Date: August 24, 2025

Required Degree: MA or MS required. A degree in Philosophy is preferred.

The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience: Previous teaching experience preferred.

Duties/Expectations:

  • Teach PHIL 110 (Intro to Phil), 201 & 202 (History of Phil), 205 (Intro to Logic/Critical Thinking), and 215 (Intro to Religion).
  • Prepare and publish course syllabus on Learning Suite, BYU's course management.
  • Hold regular office hours.
