We’re seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help us scale and manage our expanding network of commercial creators and brand partners.

In this role, you’ll help organize campaigns, communicate with influencers, track deliverables, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll support the team in building a repeatable, efficient influencer program that drives real results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate all aspects of influencer campaigns—outreach, contracts, asset delivery, and deadlines
  • Help source and vet new creators that align with our brand and audience
  • Manage influencer databases, spreadsheets, briefs, and trackers
  • Own follow-ups: remind creators of deadlines, collect content, confirm posts
  • Track performance of campaigns (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
  • Collaborate with content, brand, and paid teams to repurpose creator assets
  • Support seeding campaigns and gifting programs when needed

What You’ll Bring

  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or social media
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator—you can manage lots of moving parts without missing a beat
  • Familiarity with tools like Grin, Aspire, CreatorIQ, or manual tracking in Google Sheets
  • A team player who thrives in fast-moving environments
  • Passion for social media and creator culture—you know who’s trending and why

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience managing a content calendar or campaign tracker
  • Worked with paid usage rights or negotiated creator deliverables
  • A basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, conversions)
