Wir suchen dich! – Kundenservice-Experte (m/w/d) mit Polnisch- und Deutschkenntnissen.

Bist du kommunikativ, serviceorientiert und sprichst fließend Polnisch und Deutsch? Dann könnte diese spannende Position bei uns genau das Richtige für dich sein!

Deine Aufgaben sind:

• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, über die Telefon-Hotline, später auch über Live Chat
• Koordination der Auftragsabwicklung und Nachverfolgung
• Prüfung und Beantwortung von Anfragen – gemeinsam mit den zuständigen Abteilungen
• Beratung zu Produkten, Versand und Reklamationen, Zahlung und Werbeaktionen, u. a.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Zentrallager in Belgien

Dein Profil:

• Kommunikationsstärke und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
• Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
• Polnisch in Wort und Schrift
• Englisch von Vorteil
• Gute MS Office und Internet Kenntnisse
• Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
• Und besonders Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
