Job Description:
Conducts 15 minute checks of patients on the unit
Helps with the admissions and the discharge of patients on the unit
Walks the patients to their meals
Assists in the general supervision of patients on the unit
Aids in the supervision of patient mealtimes and visitation
Working within a multi-disciplinary team of Registered Nurses, Behavioral Health Specialists, LPN’s, and Student Nurse Technicians
Applicant will be responsible for patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse
This position will be working on the Child & Adolescent Unit of the Inpatient Facility
Qualifications:
Applicant is required to be listed on the state of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry (WI TMU)
