The Team and Role:

The Logitech for Business group takes products from concept to production. We are looking for team members and technologies that can help us reinvent the enterprise environment.

The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for exploring new technologies, designing new hardware, validating and debugging, and bringing products to mass production and to our customers.

  • Develop hardware in the Logitech Enterprise group, including:
    • Define hardware architecture
    • Schematic design and review
    • Layout guidance and review
    • Specify, design, and validate standards and lead the certification effort
    • Design, review, and lead power models and power topologies
    • Build test tools and debug
  • Develop software as needed to assist with testing, validation, and power management
  • Explore future technologies in sensing and wireless
    • Find new vendors and technologies
    • Build up network of test and validation services
  • Some travel is needed to support hardware builds, or for vendor visits

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Background in Electrical Engineering
  • Schematic capture
  • Layout review
  • Debug with oscilloscope, network analyzer, power supply, multimeter
  • Can model in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Organized
  • Works well with others
  • Interested in technology and keeping at the forefront of technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Firmware development experience
  • Experience with low power
  • Experience with high speed standards, such as USB, HDMI, DisplayPort, RGMII
  • Experience with sensors
  • Experience with wireless
  • Experience engaging with vendors and suppliers

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 150,000 and $ 200,000. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
