The Role
The following roles are now open for current university students in graduate or undergraduate studies as well as recent graduates (within one year of graduation).
PR & Communications
- Conducting news monitoring on different media/ platforms
- Responsible sales data and media coverage tracking
- Providing media event logistics support, including onsite and offsite
- Performing simple data analysis and compiling PR reports
- Handling media enquiries when necessary
- Ad hoc administrative duties
Digital Marketing
- Execution, data tracking and performance of all social media advertising creation & digital campaigns (Including Facebook, Instagram, Red, WeChat etc.)
- Evaluate performance of initiatives and provide reviews of campaigns and trends
- Execute, analyze and evaluate keywords and web traffic to improve the performance of search engine marketing and make recommendations to improve conversions
- Regularly reporting on campaign performance with recommendation for optimization
- Handle internal or external digital marketing activities like Influencers management, live streaming, exhibition etc.
Content Marketing
- Assist to create content for social media posts, including copy writing, translation, photography, images processing and video filming
- Involve in the content creation process of social media platforms including WeChat, RED, Douyin, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
- Oversee photography and video filming
- Research on social media trends and handle posts data analysis
Video Production
- Involve in video production and editing
- Assist in video format conversion and encoding
- Handle video files backup and retrieval
- Support filming and live streaming production
- Assist the production team in the administration and clerical duties
Graphic Design
- Provide support in graphic design for branding and marketing promotion including the layout for invitation, digital and print advertisements
- Assist the creative team in the development and execution of marketing materials, advertisements, and other visual assets
- Assist in creative problem solving and general design tasks
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including advertising, content development, direct client communications and event
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Involve in paid media planning, educational programmes coordination, marketing collaterals development, communication planning
- Provide support in events, market research, competitive tracking and business reporting
Editorial
- Translate various texts of different functions for manager’s review, including but not limited to editorial feature articles, press releases, staff bios, business proposals, marketing eDM, auction overviews, video script, etc.
- Liaise with web producers to ensure the editorial stories are correctly displayed on christies.com., including texts, images, hyperlinks, tags, blurbs, meta descriptions, etc.
- Work with freelance translators, proofread and edit marketing and communication materials
- Ensure the published content adheres to Christie’s house style and is aligned with Christie’s SEO practices
- Brainstorm new editorial ideas and find new ways of communication and collaboration within the wider team
- Gatekeep all Chinese content published on Christie’s platforms
Proposals
- Assist in image selection and sorting, photographer shadowing and proofreading
- General administration duties including managing project database, updating weekly project status chart, constructing timelines, electronic filing and sorting
- Support Financial administration including filing POs and invoices, liaising with Finance to settle vendor payments and budget tracking
Eligibility
- Undergraduate students as well as recent graduates (within one year of graduation) preferably with a major in Art, Marketing, Media, Journalism or other business-related disciplines
- Candidates who can commit a full-time internship from Aug 2025 until Dec 2025 will be prioritized
- Some work experience would be an advantage
- Excellent language skills (proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese/Mandarin or other native languages of the location)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Knowledge and skills on technological tools
