Job role
Within the CEVX (Collaboration, Employee and Voice eXperience) product portfolio, we are recruiting a project manager, responsible for organizing and managing offer development projects for the EX and CX domain in the Communication Services Business Line. As project manager you will be a real transversal manager and facilitator, your role is key to the success of the project and achieve the targeted objectives. Depending on the ambition of the project, you will lead various functional teams with sometimes several dozen contributors. In your mission, you will understand and manage all the dimensions of a product for our B2B customers: sales/pre-sales, order/invoicing, production, maintenance, technical architecture, cloud, IT back-office, digitalization, security, legal, etc. .
Mission
You have a strong experience in project management, as well as in agile methods (Scrum, SAFe)
You have knowledge of the Telephony, Collaboration and / or Contact Center
Experience in defining urbanisms for these areas and in relations with technology suppliers is a plus
Capability to evolve in complex and uncertain ecosystems
Capability to mobilize and lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Take initiative is in your DNA, you listen and pay attention to your stakeholders and adaptation is one of your main soft skills
You are fluent in spoken and written English and can speak some French.
Description of the division :
Within Orange Business, the Communication Services Business Line's mission is to develop and launch on the enterprise market connectivity, customer experience and collaboration solutions: internet, SD Wan, voice, contact centers, cloud telephony, videoconferencing, IM, messaging, etc.
Within the Business Line, the Collaboration & Customer experience product Development department provides technical expertise, management of projects and programs to develop new standard services and the design of tailor-made offers for our most demanding customers in the areas of Collaboration, Customer Experience and Voice. As such, it coordinates all stakeholders in a project with the internal partners to Orange (IT, operational, technical, sales channels, finance, etc.) and but also with external partners (Cloud Providers, manufacturers, publishers, etc.).
The Project Management team brings together all the project managers ensuring the development of new service offerings in this area Cisco Webex Suite, Microsoft Teams & O365, voice trunking, UES Genesys, etc.
