The Performance Excellence Co-Op will support initiatives related to Sturdy Health’s Strategic Plan that aim to improve business practices, processes, and system within the hospital and across our ambulatory medical group.
The co-op's involvement with process improvement initiatives will include the various aspects of Lean process improvement, including but not limited to value stream mapping, data analysis, Kaizen events, and documenting standard work to sustain operational improvements.
