Accounting Manager – High-Growth PE-Backed Services Firm

A fast-growing, PE-backed services firm is seeking an Accounting Manager to scale a modern, efficient finance function. This national, multi-site operator is focused on growth through acquisition and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP reporting
• Partner with FP&A and ops on budgeting and forecasting
• Manage areas like fixed/intangible assets, leases, and internal-use software
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Mentor and develop accounting team
• Lead improvements in policies, controls, and processes

Ideal Candidate:

• 5 years in accounting/finance, 2 years in leadership
• Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting expertise
• Hands-on with close processes and general ledger
• Experience in PE-backed or acquisitive environments preferred
• CPA preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Effective cross-functional communicator with strong business acumen
• B2B services or logistics industry experience a plus

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – Onsite 2 days/week)

Compensation: $115K–$125K Bonus
