The Position

Responsibilities

• Support Study team to create and maintain meaningful dashboard or visualize data to generate insights for site management; recruitment strategy adjustment etc.
• Support Operation team to automate some processes by generate standard reports etc.
• Literature or information research and summary related to competitive trials or advanced technologies in clinical trial for sharing.

Requirements

• Technical expertise and/or programming skills (e.g. R/Python) and elementary statistics knowledge preferred; Good at any data visualization tools, e.g. R or Python.
• Basic knowledge of NLP is preferred
• Good written and oral communications skills in both English and Mandarin
• Good organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, time management skills and initiative
• Flexibility and ability to work on several assignments simultaneously
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be precise, detail oriented, and able to detect subtle inconsistencies in the data
• Commits to work 3 days in the office every week
