Within the total rewards solution, Korn Ferry Digital offers Korn Ferry Pay, a powerful tool that transforms compensation data into actionable insights. Korn Ferry Pay helps organizations manage their rewards programs to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with company policies. The platform's data visualization capabilities make analysis easy and efficient, reducing time-consuming manual tasks and freeing up resources to focus on strategic initiatives. The Intern position is responsible for supporting projects and/or client engagements providing general research and analysis as required. The focus is on delivery to internal and external clients, generally under guidance and supervision and is predominantly desk/office based. Interns will support Korn Ferry consultants who will provide exposure to our culture, consulting methodology, IP, tools, and service offerings. Although not directly accountable for business development, Interns may have chances to support the business development efforts of others through basic research, coordination, and administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Apply, as directed, the work procedures or approaches needed to address administrative and operational challenges in projects.
  • Carry out secondary research, analyze and manipulate data and produce reports to provide understanding and insights for a project or sector team.
  • Perform basic client research, pulling client information, formatting proposals, under direction.
  • Operate effectively as part of a sale, project, or sector team to cooperate and exchange information efficiently.
  • Share transactional information, answer basic questions regarding data or reports, share and request data.
  • May comment on and interpret analyses/data for clients directly to further project objectives and/or the relationship with KF.
  • May attend relevant training courses and seek opportunities to extend knowledge beyond a particular practice or service line.
  • Will gain exposure to a range of standard KF analytical processes and related protocols, templates, and tools generally within a defined service line or area of expertise.
  • Will also gain exposure to how KF develops an understanding of our clients, generally on a sector basis.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office (365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to speak in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written; professional presentation and judgment in the selection and use of communication tools (social media, in-person, virtual, etc.)
  • Some previous business or professional services experience preferred but not essential.
  • Professional conduct and confidentiality are always expected.

EDUCATION

  • In at least the 2nd year of pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Must still be enrolled
