Job Description
The Role
As an Intern for the Product Analytics Team, you will join SEEK’s APAC Product Analytics team, supporting the transformation of SEEK into a learning and growth-driven organization that is:

Key Responsibilities
Based at our regional headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, the Product Analytics Intern will support the team in tasks such as:
- Building, maintaining, and improving dashboards to monitor performance and track the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Collaborating with business owners and stakeholders to define project objectives, KPIs, and OKRs.
- Preparing measurement specifications and implementation requirements for platform initiatives (desktop, mobile site, etc.).
- Delivering actionable insights on candidate behavior to stakeholders.
- Conducting pre- and post-launch reviews of initiatives and experiments.
- Communicating data, analyses, and insights to enable informed decision-making.
- Handling data queries and performing analyses such as competitor studies, root-cause analyses, hypothesis testing, and impact assessments.

Willingness to learn the basics (expertise not required) of the following tools:
- Business Intelligence languages and tools: SQL, Python, Tableau, Databricks, etc.
- Experimentations tools and methodologies: A/B testing, statistical modelling, etc.
