Department Summary
The Department of Translational Medicine leads biomarker discovery and development efforts for programs in Early Stage Research through Phase III clinical trials. We use relevant pharmacodynamic biomarkers to evaluate target-engagement and mechanism of action of candidate therapies as well as prognostic biomarkers to guide patient selection. Our department is responsible for developing biomarker strategies, designing and implementing biomarker assays, and interpreting biomarker results. The Translational Medicine department also conducts reverse translation activities to further understand the target biology and mechanism of action of the molecules in the clinic. This internship is in the Oncology department.
This internship position is located in South San Francisco, on site.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location for this position of California is $50.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
