1. Technical Support for Customized Product Solutions & Logistics Assistance:

  • Act as the technical liaison for clients, assisting with inquiries regarding product modifications, customization options, technical feasibility, and delivery coordination.
  • Collaborate with clients, application engineers, and logistics teams to refine customer-specific requirements and translate them into actionable production and delivery plans.
  • Assist in the logistics of customized products, including coordinating shipping schedules, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch to clients.

2. Technical Documentation & Specifications:

  • Prepare and update technical documentation, including detailed production drawings, customization specifications, and tailored work instructions.
  • Create or modify 2D CAD drawings for customized solutions and assist with client approvals .

3. Procurement Coordination:

  • Work closely with the procurement team to align material specifications and ensure that required components are available for customized production.
  • Provide technical input to procurement to support material sourcing for unique or tailored product components.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for creating and modifying 2D technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and material planning processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with clients, engineers, and production teams.
  • English proficiency is required; knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Technical Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical requirements and solutions to both clients and internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with procurement, production, and engineering to ensure smooth customization implementation.
  • Adaptability: Manage multiple customization projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting production timelines.
