We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Attract TikTok Shop new users, promote activation, and repurchasing. Design and implement strategies based on market insights and data analysis to serve user scale, activity, revenue, and profits. Collaborate with leaders to analyze data, summarize key points, and monitor subsidy efficiency on product pool. Check product pool and continuously optimize the pool and tiered subsidy strategy according to business growth goal. Collaborate with the XFN team and operation teams to monitor key metrics. Monitor dashboards to find potential risks, optimize strategy, collect all product requirements, and deliver them to the Product Management team.
Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics or a related field and 2 years of related work experience; OR, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics or a related field and 4 years of related work experience. Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Identifying leading metrics and objectives for marketing campaigns and optimizing marketing campaigns based on analysis results to assist management realize revenue growth and customer retention; and Providing marketing project management, including the following: (1) Creating project plans by setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines; and (2) performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the project standards. Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Providing marketing growth strategy, including developing all-channel go-to-market plan and analyzing opportunity size for company's products or product features; and Conducting market research and audience testing for company's products and product features. Travel Requirement: Domestic and International travel required up to 10%.
