We’re looking for a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and innovation of service solutions for HIAB equipment installations. In this global role, you’ll optimize CPQ configurations, streamline engineering processes, and drive mounting solutions strategy to enhance our service offerings, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

This position can be based in Meppel, Netherlands or Ellesmere, UK.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to refine installation solutions strategies
  • Define and develop innovative installation solutions product roadmap to improve and standardize configurations and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with product divisions, sales and service teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies for installation service solutions.
  • Oversee the global research, design, prototyping, and validation of new installation methods and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements related to installations.
  • Develop and standardize installation R&D procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across the service network.
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to explore and implement advanced installation solutions.
  • Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for new installation service solutions.
  • Contribute to business operations strategy development by employing Lean Six Sigma methodology across all phases.

What you’ll need to succeed

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Equivalent through a combination of education and work experience.

  • At least 7+ years in a leadership role within relevant industry environment
  • +5 years of experience supporting process methods.
  • Green or Black Belt required.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, with project management skills
  • Ability to analytical thinking, with problem solving capability and a structured way of working
  • A strong interest in developing existing and new processes, tools and ways of working to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, drive consensus within the organization.
  • Experience in typical R&D software and solutions
  • Willingness to travel mostly in Europe and US +50 days
  • Fluency in English, other languages are in advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with internal and external customers
