Bookkeeper/Human Resources Representative

Location: North Billerica, MA

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mon to Friday

This is a full-time position

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper/Human Resources Representative:

• AP/AR, invoicing, bank deposits and reconciliation
• Payroll
• Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Benefits administration for health, dental, disability and 401k plan

Qualifications of the Bookkeeper/Human Resources Representative:

• 5 years of related experience
• Understands General Accounting Principles
• 4 + years of using accounting software (Quickbooks or similar)
• Reliable and discreet with confidential information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
