The Position:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Recruitment Marketing Working (m/f/d) to support our talent acquisition efforts through impactful social media and employer branding initiatives. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, build your portfolio, and contribute to positioning our company as an employer of choice.

What you will do:

  • Social Media Management
    • Update and maintain content across our recruitment-related social media platforms including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, indeed, Instagram, and Facebook.
    • Ensure all platforms reflect a consistent and compelling employer brand.
  • Content Creation & Campaigns
    • Assist in the creation of engaging, creative, and on-brand content for organic and paid recruitment marketing campaigns.
    • Support the development of employee stories, day-in-the-life posts, and recruitment spotlights.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Track and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, clicks).
    • Provide insights and suggestions for improving content and targeting based on data.
  • Editorial Calendar Development
    • Help build and maintain a monthly editorial calendar aligned with our EVP (Employee Value Proposition).
    • Coordinate posts that promote employee experiences, company culture, and open roles.
  • Community Management
    • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
    • Monitor activity across platforms and flag any issues or trends.

What you will bring:

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Passion for social media, branding, and recruitment marketing.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and an eye for design.
  • Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, indeed, Facebook, and basic analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Quick learner

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.
  • Understanding of paid social media advertising.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing best practices.
