JOB SUMMARY:

Kickstart your career with an exciting internship on our dynamic New Ventures Human Resources project team! As an intern, you'll make a real impact by driving HR projects forward and shaping the future of Universal Destinations & Experiences ventures. You'll get hands-on experience developing cutting-edge HR resources using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms. Plus, you'll play a key role in enhancing our workforce plan and recruitment efforts by creating and refining compelling job descriptions. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in creating and providing administrative support and tracking for HR project coordination and implementation. Oversees organization of reports, files, and critical/confidential documents.
• Support the review, editing, and project tracking of job descriptions for new UDX ventures.
• Supports the design and buildout of HR collaboration, project management, and resource tools. This includes leveraging platforms such as SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Work collaboratively to conduct comprehensive research and meticulously document data, ensuring robust support for the talent feasibility analysis of new ventures.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
• Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
• A transcript is required upon application.

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Preferred majors include: Human Resources, Project Management, Business Administration, or similar.
• Familiarity with HR software or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is preferred.

• This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
• Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than April 2026.
• Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
• All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
