Our Corporate IT Team in Hanover is looking for you!

Your responsibilities

• Support the creation and implementation of different AI use-cases for Corporate IT
• Helping to maintain the team’s SharePoint site to ensure that Corporate IT colleagues have a clear view of our materials and activities
• Monitor the data quality of architecture documentation, and associated processes
• Co-ordinate meetings of our strategy and architecture council
• Support the creation of approaches to automation for some of our key processes and implement these
• Help the team with internal stakeholder communication and other administrative project-related tasks
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard templates to support our processes
• Support research into a wide variety of topics affecting Corporate IT

Your profile

• You are registered in a study programme in the field of information technology.
• You have good knowledge of the common MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and key M365 technologies (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
• You are interested and experienced in AI technologies (e.g. ChatGPT prompting/ MS CoPilot)
• You have development skills (either programming languages or low code e.g. MS Power Automate)
• You are available at least 2 days per week
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and oral.
• You are capable of organising tasks efficiently
• You are willing to contribute ideas, drive improvements and document your findings
• You possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and are able to think independently
