Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop algorithms for ISA Auto Visual Inspection machines
• Develop algorithms for Active Alignment in ISA Bonder machines
• Perform CAD design
• Create automated Power BI reports

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, Robotics and Automation Engineering, or a related field
• The internship period must be at least 3 months, starting in July 2026

SKILLS:

• Experience with CAD/CAM/CAE concepts and tools
• Strong understanding of Electrical Design
• Familiarity with industrial automation software such as GX Works3, GT Designer, and Arduino development
• Programming Languages: Python, C/C++, and Ladder Diagram
• Software Proficiency: SolidWorks, Onshape, EasyEDA, and Visual Studio Code
