Our dynamic and purpose-driven team is the Risk and ESG Data Office, where data shapes the foundation of effective risk management. We're a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst team passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights and eager to contribute to the evolving landscape of Risk and ESG in banking. We act as a key bridge between business needs and technical implementation and our work directly influences the quality, consistency, and usability of our data.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the Risk and ESG Data Office in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of critical risk and sustainability data.
  • Design, implement, and document data quality checks to monitor the consistency, completeness, and correctness of risk data.
  • Analyze data quality findings and collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to support remediation initiatives.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas to strengthen our data governance and quality assurance processes.
  • 20 working hours a week

What you'll need to succeed

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) – familiarity with database management is a plus.
  • A keen interest in risk management and data governance.
  • Proactive working style, ability to learn quickly, and strong communication skills (English required; German or Italian is a plus).
