????Department and Project description:

Support the Pricing, Quotation and Order Communities Manager, work close with the Global Pricing, Quotation and Order along with digital team, and Pricing and Quotation platforms owners.

As community and L&D intern, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support communications activities (development, animation, and support)
  • Manage & create communications around main project milestones: Kick Off, Go Live, Testimonials etc…
  • Deploy communication plans and drive execution. And produce communication assets and content.
  • Perform communication activities, to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
  • Contribute to communications change management activities.
  • Manage fully or partially one or multiple communications channels, depending
  • on scope or topic managed.
  • Manage or create measurement reports associated to communications activities.
  • Support ad hoc projects on communications needs

  • How to work and be effective with different Microsoft 365 and AI Co-pilot.
  • Work with different level of stakeholder across different department and global locations.
  • You will learn about Pricing and Quotation tools to meet customer satisfaction.

???? Are you who we are looking for?

  • Grade Student or Master´s student in Business and Marketing
  • Requirements:
    • Abilities to work with Microsoft Office 365 (Office, Power Point and Excel).
    • Exceptional Communication skills and stakeholder management
    • Strong attention to details and technicalities. Excellent organizational and technical skills. Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Outgoingness and desire to learn.
  • Be able to work between 4 and 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday) and be available in the mornings. The schedule is flexible, and you can start between 8 and 10am.
  • To be able to make an internship agreement with your university or study center for a period of at least 6 months (with commitment to extend up to 12 months).
  • Be available to start in 1st of October 2025
  • High English level
