About

The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the post-loan collections operation system, strategy models, workflows, and tool platforms, spanning demand insight, solution design, iterative development, effectiveness evaluation, and continuous optimization.
• Deeply understand pain points in collections operations, leverage technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and big data analytics to design and promote the implementation of automated, intelligent collections solutions (e.g., intelligent outbound calling, speech recognition, chatbot dialogues, intelligent quality inspection).
• Familiarize with and understand collections business metrics and performance goals; build data monitoring and retrospective analysis systems; drive product optimization through metrics such as case processing efficiency, recovery rate, and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with collections operations teams, field teams, risk policy, technology R&D, data teams, and external partners to drive high-quality implementation of product solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong data mindset and logical thinking; excellent teamwork, execution, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference for majors in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in post-loan collections products; preference for candidates deeply involved in or leading the development of collections strategy systems or intelligent collection platform systems.
• Experience in internet finance, consumer credit, credit cards, or related fields preferred; familiarity with risk control models, decision logic, and business processes is a plus.
