Team Introduction

In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business usecases.

1. Take ownership of driving user growth for international Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services. Analyze the core objectives of the business in the context of global e-commerce transaction scenarios and identify key growth opportunities.

2. Design and iterate growth strategies by utilizing data analysis, user research, industry analysis, and competitor analysis. Based on an understanding of different user segments, develop differentiated guidance and marketing strategies to implement refined user operations and lifecycle management.

3. Analyze and assess the growth potential of products and risk control, and drive continuous improvement of product and risk control capabilities through data-driven insights.

4. Collaborate with teams such as algorithms, data, and engineering to facilitate the development of algorithm models for refined user lifecycle operations. Evaluate and continuously iterate to enhance the effectiveness of the models.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-8 years of practical experience in user operations and growth. Prior experience in strategy products and user growth is preferred.

2. Data-driven with strong logical thinking and data analysis skills. Proficient in statistical analysis tools and knowledge. Experience in using data to drive problem-solving and project implementation.

3. Business acumen with the ability to abstract business scenarios. Capable of breaking down business objectives and driving iterative implementation. Prior experience in industries such as e-commerce, payment, and consumer finance is preferred.

4. Excellent communication, collaboration, execution, and project management skills. Strong sense of responsibility and project-driven mindset. Ability to work well under pressure.
