How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support the inspection of combustion turbines, steam turbines, and generators at our customers’ power plants.
• Travel extensively (up to 60 - 80% annually) to perform field NDE inspections, adhering strictly to Siemens Energy requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing NDE applications and tooling for field use.
• Stay updated with the latest technology and certifications to ensure outstanding service.
• Record and report the results of combustion turbine component testing on site meticulously.
• Maintain and accurately use all NDT equipment to ensure flawless operation.

What You Bring

• A college degree or above in metal materials engineering, mechanical engineering, NDT, or welding.
• Knowledge of various NDT testing methods and certification according to ISO9712/ASNT, with a preference for level 3.
• Experience in power plant inspection, especially with Siemens Energy gas turbine or steam turbine inspection.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility, unrestricted mobility, and excellent communication skills to work effectively across different countries and cultures.
• Willingness to travel extensively, domestically and internationally, on short notice and work flexible hours.
