HR | IT internship: support the IT and Communication team

Introduction

Join our dynamic HR Business Partner team within the Enabling Functions department, specifically supporting IT and Communications. Our team is dedicated to defining and driving the people agenda for our sectors and enabling our line managers to excel as people leaders

Your assignment

During the internship, you will support the team with tasks like (but not limited to):

  • Support/drive multiple projects as part of our People Agenda touching different areas of the business in which you will take initiative and support the team with your creativity and ‘can do’ mentality.
  • Help in driving the annual HR processes such as talent review and performance management.
  • Support with event management; help organize, prepare and co-facilitate workshops
  • Supporting HR BPs with queries from line managers on people related challenges

This is a master or bachelor apprentice internship for minimum 5-6 months, minimum 4 days per week (approximately 3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is September 2025. If you are seeking a graduation internship, the team is flexible to discuss the possibilities.

Your profile

To be a perfect fit for this assignment, you:

  • Have a background in Human Resources, Business or Psychology
  • Are pragmatic, pro-active, ‘self-propelling’ way of working and able to operate in a dynamic environment;
  • Can do mentality
  • Good verbal and written communicative skills in English
  • you need to be able to deal with deadlines and multiple priorities at the same time
  • Excellent in working with PowerPoint and Excel

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
